Hauser designed and built SAM CNC grinder for grinding Powder Metal (PM) automotive timing chain sprockets for high volume environment. This machine is equipped with 20 HP spindle motor capable of 15000 RPM speed and drive 14 inch super abrasive grinding wheel for extremely high stock removal rate. This machine has two axes dedicated loading / unloading system with 2 path motion control.
