Compression Routers

Hauser Systems’ Compression Routers are designed and manufactured to run fast cuts in solid hard and soft woods, laminates and double-sided veneers. These cutting tools reduce or eliminate delamination and burrs on composite and wood. The compression routers direct burrs towards center of the cut from both near and far side, which essentially compresses the outer fibers of the wood or laminate and thereby eliminates burrs and delamination problems. Compression finishers leave a smooth finish. Compression routers can be run at a higher speed leaving a slightly rougher finish.
